Katsuhisa Minami (南 勝久, Minami Katsuhisa, born May 30, 1971) is a Japanese manga artist from Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture. His most representative work is The Fable, which began publishing in 2014 in the Weekly Young Magazine.
