Baligh Hamdi (Egyptian Arabic: بليغ حمدى [bæˈliːɣ ˈħæmdi]; 7 October 1931 – 12 September 1993) was an Egyptian composer who created and composed many hit songs for several Arab singers, especially during the 1960s and 1970s.
