Biography
Krsto Škanata was a Yugoslav and Serbian film director, born in Tivat on 12 January 1924. In a career spanning 40 years, he directed over 40 documentaries, among which many were included in the anthologies of the documentary genre. His films were victims of frequent bans by the Yugoslav government. He died on 18 February 2017 in Belgrade.
