Matt Carter is an American television executive producer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2007, he joined Nancy Glass Productions (now Glass Entertainment Group) as an intern and climbed the corporate ladder.
