Jon Astley produced student film: 'Ave You Got a Male Assistant Please Miss?. He is better known as a record producer who also recorded and released two albums as a singer-songwriter in the late 1980s. He is the son of composer, Edwin Astley and brother-in-law of Pete Townshend.
