He began his journey at 14 with the documentary Griffins In DC: A Middle School Trip Documentary (2019) and has since worked on various projects, including The Lost Voyager (2021), where his role as Edwin Craven earned him ‘Best Editor’ in the 72-hour Teen Film Challenge. Despite living with mild cerebral palsy, Estes has remained dedicated to his craft, contributing to films like Roadkill (2024), Drifter (2023), and Going Down (2024).
