Biography
Theodore Reed was an American film director and producer active during the early to mid-20th century. He directed and produced a variety of films, including Double or Nothing (1937) and What a Life (1939). Reed also served as the president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 1933 to 1934, playing a significant role in the development of the American film industry during its formative years.
