Biography
Barbara Atkinson (8 January 1926 – 1 January 2015) was an English actress from Manchester. Her first professional appearance was at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre in December 1945. She appeared in various television episodes from 1965 onward. Barbara Atkinson was born in Manchester to Charles Stuart Atkinson and Dorothy Carol (née Lyons) Atkinson. She was educated in Châtelard and trained for the stage at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre.
