Biography
Jorge Ramirez (born May 21, 2000) is a Mexican-American actor originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, where he lived all of his childhood before moving to the United States at the age of thirteen. When he was nineteen years old, he decided to begin his acting career by doing a supporting role in a college theatre production based on the 2000 play "Boy Gets Girl" (By Rebecca Gilman). Soon after, he started receiving training from various Acting Studios and then jumped into On-Camera acting by appearing in multiple short films, including "It Only Hurts When I Laugh" (2022) (Directed by the Sultan brothers), which won various awards at film festivals including Best Comedy Short. He also worked on web series, commercials, and other theatre productions during his time in the Chicago Metropolitan Area.
In 2022, he moved to Dallas, Texas, where he continued collaborating with independent filmmakers, coaches, and producers. He made his acting feature film debut doing a small role in the feature film "Men of Law" (2023), directed by Karl Lentini. Additionally, Jorge has written a few upcoming short films and feature-length films that he will produce in the upcoming few years.
