Ulrich Klaus "Ricky" Wegener (22 August 1929 – 28 December 2017) was a German police officer of the Federal Border Guard (Brigadier General, official title: Commander of the Federal Border Guard, Border Guard Command West) and founding member of the counter-terrorist force GSG 9.
