Biography
Mehdi Fard Ghaderi (Persian: مهدی فرد قادری; born 1986) is an Iranian director, screenwriter and producer He is known for his films Immortality (2016), Weightlessness (2019) and The Annoyed (2023).
His first feature, Immortality (2016), which was created in a single 145-minute shot, has been presented at more than 20 festivals around the world including the Rome Film Festival, Munich Film Festival, and the Transilvania International Film Festival. This film received several international awards. His second feature Weightlessness (2019) was created based on long shots and shown in 15 international film festival. His next feature, The Annoyed (2023), premiered at the 25th Shanghai International Film Festival.
