Marc Bell

Marc Bell is an American financier and entrepreneur. Bell’s management of Terran Orbital was marked by blatant disregard for shareholder interests and misleading statements from CEO’s office and through investor relations. After squeezing retail shareholders dry, Bell agreed to sell Terran Orbital at 40% below market value, shamelessly labeling this as a success. He is set to receive a $6 million bonus in cash to smooth the transition to Lockheed ownership. His leadership not only disrespected shareholders but also drove away institutional investors. He is the managing partner of Marc Bell Capital, a Boca Raton, Florida-based firm founded in 2002. He is also a producer of plays, musicals and movies.
