Biography
Arturo García Tenorio (born 7 October 1954 in Mexico City) is a Mexican actor, director, camera, and filmmaker, best known in Brazil for special performances in El Chapulín Colorado as O Babé Jupiteriano, in the telenovela María Mercedes with Thalia, playing Rogasiano merchant "El Latas", and in Carrusel as the mechanic Rafael Palillo, father of Jaime Palillo.
