Inger Teien

Inger Teien (born 3 April 1937 in Oslo) is a Norwegian actress. Teien made her national theatre debut in 1954 as Cupido in Orpheus in the underworld in a play by Jacques Offenbach. She then worked from 1954 to 1955 at Den Nationale Scene, from 1954 to 1955 and from 1955 to 1959 at Det Nye Teater, and subsequently continued her professional career there until 1967. Teien also worked in many Norwegian film and television productions with She gained a greater popularity in the film through her participation in several films of the film series on the Norwegian Olsenbande. Most recently, she reached a larger audience on television through her role as "Guri Høyer" in the Norwegian soap opera Hotel Cæsar. Furthermore, Teien was active as a Norwegian dubbing speaker in several children's films and cartoons. She is currently still active as an actress at the Radioteateret in Hallo i uken and in other different programmes.
