Biography
Jürgen Barz (born 14 October 1944 in Berlin) is a German lyricist and actor. He was a member of Ingo Insterburg, Karl Dall and Peter Ehlebracht's comedian band Insterburg & Co. In 1980 Barz founded the band Lilli Berlin together with actress Uschi Lina, a year later the first album of the same name was released. In 1982 the album Sweet and Merciless, the singles East Berlin – Madness as well as Love Is Something Great The last album, Huh Huh, with three more singles, was released in 1983.After that, Barz and Lina got married.Barz worked in three films, worked as a fashion designer in Düsseldorf and now writes texts for television.
