Guido Broscheit (born 1 May 1968 in Düren) is a German actor and film producer. Guido Broscheit graduated from Freiherr-von-Stein-Gymnasium in Kleve in 1987. He studied law in Münster and Lausanne and has been a licensed lawyer since 1998. Before he devoted himself entirely to acting, he worked as a lawyer until 2006 From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a lawyer in more than 200 episodes as a criminal defender in the court show Das Strafgericht. He also had various commissions as an advertising actor for Wrigley, Audi, Mercedes, Radeberger, Merci and Deutsche Bank. Since 2006, he has attended several acting workshops and camera acting seminars, including in Berlin. His film debut was Broscheit 2007 with the cinema film Die Dinge zwischen uns, which was shown in 2008 at the Berlinale. It followed film roles, including Hape Kerkeling in Isch randidiere und Relativitytheorie der Liebe, among others with Katja Riemann and Olli Dittrich, as well as the TV films Die Heißwelle (2007) and Back to happiness (2010) In the tragicomic film comedy Back to luck he played the successful architect Hauke, a former classmate of the female leading role. In 2008 he had his first main role in the SAT.1 hospital series Klinik am Alex. There he appeared in 27 episodes as "smarter and career-conscious" senior physician Dr. Kai Boscharski. In 2017 he was seen as a psychiatric senior physician Dr. Martin Wolf in the television series Gute Zeiten, bad times. In addition, he played in the crime series Einstein in two seasons as Professor Berkenbusch. Since 2018 he belongs to the detective chief commissioner Markus Schulz, together with Sandra Borgmann and Eric Stehfest, the investigator team of the sat.1 thriller series Julia Durant (after the novel templates of the Frankfurt bestseller author Andreas Franz).In early 2017, Guido Broscheit founded the film production company dropkick pictures, which is active in the field of the development and production of game films and series for the national and international market. In July 2018, the film Ronny & Klaid premiered at the Munich Film Festival. Broscheit was involved in the film as both the leading actor and producer. Broscheit has been living in Berlin since 2001. He is an active football player and supporter of HSV. In 2003, he founded the Berlin-based football team of the lawyers "Team Berlin", with which he has already played several World and European Championships (Mundiavocat) as a team captain of the attorneys' national team. In the summer of 2018, he joined the German artists' national team with some prominent colleagues at the "Artfootball" in Moscow.
