Richard Edison Uy Yap (born May 18, 1967) is a Filipino actor, singer, model and entrepreneurial businessman of Chinese descent. He is best known for portraying Richard "Sir Chief" Lim in Be Careful with My Heart and "Papa Chen" in My Binondo Girl.
