A child named Jesus is a television miniseries divided into 2 parts of 1988, directed by Franco Rossi and starring Matteo Bellina (on the small screen at the beginning), Alessandro Gassmann, Bekim Fehmiu and María del Carmen San Martín. For the shootings 2500 appearances and 15 weeks were used.The miniseries, taken from the apocryphal gospels, brings back the childhood of Jesus, focusing on the experiences as a normal child opposed to those of the Messiah.The fiction was broadcast for the first time by Channel 5 on April 3 and 4, 1988.Two sequels of 100 minutes each, a child named Jesus - The Waiting (1989) and a child named Jesus - The Mystery (1991), which can be considered as the third and fourth part of the work.
