Lake Como September 1906, holiday aristocrats find themselves in a luxury hotel and will have to welcome in their small community, Natalia, Mrs. Solario. Young and beautiful but yet ruined and divorced, she will be surprised by the sudden arrival of her brother, Eugene Ardent, whom she has not seen for years. The brother and sister soon become aware of the ascendant that they provoke on the wealthy characters of this small world. They then try to seduce some with the objective of settling their situation. But their heavy past catch them and create the scandal, forcing them to flee.
