Plot.
Adityan, a city slicker's marriage is fixed by his dad in the village to Ganga, a village belle. He is not happy with it, as he wants to marry a city girl and that too after falling in love. On the other hand, Ganga also is not interested, as she wants to marry only after completing her engineering in the city.

Wedding bells) is a 2001 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film co-written and directed by Azhagam Perumal and produced by director Mani Ratnam under his home studio, Madras Talkies. It stars R. Madhavan and Jyothika, with Vivek, Manivannan and Murali portraying other pivotal roles. The film featured cinematography by Ramji, editing by Sreekar Prasad and music composed by Karthik Raja.Dumm Dumm Dumm opened on 13 April 2001 to positive reviews which became a commercial hit and declared as a Blockbuster.
