Plot.
This film takes us on a rare tour of Quebec in the company of three American tourists. A highly fanciful guide leads the ball in an atmosphere of health and good mood. Baroque incidents, funny things, a few love scenes, comedy sarabands are rocking in this comedy where news plays a leading role. Satires on ourselves and our society, this film has only one ambition: to give the moon to Quebecers in a monumental radiance of laughter.
