Plot.
After completing his studies and military service, young Mario leaves for New York. Here he is hosted by his friend Paolo who has lived in the metropolis for years. Mario finds himself right away well in that roving world of people, artists, journalists, girls, parties. Below, however, he will soon discover, that all this vitalism hides a great nostalgia that everyone has of Italy.
