Once swallowed, it transforms the worst of Miesepeter into a happy singing and dancing contemporary. The success is striking, as is the echo in the international media. The pill produces happy tax officials, happy drivers, lively police officers and laughing burglars. Tourism is flourishing, because a trip to Allegretto will soon be more popular than a vacation in Hawaii. But dark clouds move over the dwarf state when Generalfeldmarschall Heinz (Ruedi Walter) mobilizes his troops in neighboring Moderato.
