The strange law of Dr. Menga is a 1971 film by the director Fernando Merino.In Italy the film was released in 1972. It is a film in the filone of Landism (named after the Spanish actor Alfredo Landa, who played many of them), where characters of Spanish men sexually repressed, macho and often homophobic were represented.
