Littlefoot, the young brontosaurus, and the other dinosaur inhabitants are driven out of the area by "leaf gobblers" in the fourth sequel of the series. After arguments broke out among the adults during migration, Littlefoot and his friends decided to take matters in their own hands. There they meet an old friend from The Land Before Time II, the T-rex, who has to protect the gang from his own parents. The drama in this one shows adults as sometimes being less than perfect, as the series has been wont to do from the beginning.
