Carlos Coelho da Silva (b. 196?) is a Portuguese director.After directing between 1994 and 2000 television series (An Adventure and Glass Roofs) and television contests (Todo o Nada y Los Conquistadores), he performed in 2005 The Crime of Father Amaro, a Portuguese production that broke the records of the audience's entry into the halls.In 2008 he made a film about the life of Amália Rodrigues according to his perspective, being seen by more than 180,000 spectators.
