The Kiebknecht-Luxemburg case (subtitle: portrayal of an officer's plot) is a 1969 German two-part television documentary film about the murder of Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg on January 15, 1919, their background and the subsequent trial against the perpetrators. It is not a fictionalization, but a reproduction of the historical events on the basis of the trial files and other written sources, as well as interviews with those who were still living at that time.
