Plot.

Shortly before the wedding ceremony with the beautiful choirgirl Kitty, tenor Peter Hansen, spoiled by the ladies, sees his divorced wife again. Of all people, she is supposed to become his new stage partner. And Marina is more beautiful than ever. She flunks at him that she is already happily married again. When the vain Peter then withdraws from the party, she tries everything to clarify this "misunderstanding". Peter learns the truth and is very happy about it. Still, he wants to let Marina tangle a little bit.

Carnival of Love (German: Karneval der Liebe) is a 1943 German musical romantic comedy film directed by Paul Martin and starring Johannes Heesters, Dora Komar and Hans Moser. It was shot at the Althoff Studios and Babelsberg Studios in Berlin as well as the Hunnia Studios in Budapest, capital of Nazi Germany's wartime ally Hungary. Location shooting took place around Potsdam. The film's sets were designed by the art directors Heinrich Beisenherz and Alfred Bütow.
