In United Kingdom the film was known under the title "Julieta" (Mexico), "Biljett till Paris" (Sweden), "Il peccato di Giulietta" (Italy), "Ștrengărița" (Romania). It was shot at the Billancourt Studios with sets designed by the art director Jean d'Eaubonne.
