Trapped on a rocky python in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, Gaston de Montfort, brilliant young inventor nicknamed "Mister Radio", works on a machine designed to prevent rail collisions thanks to radio waves. Also an experienced mountaineer, he helps a group of tourists, amateur climbers whose expedition has gone wrong. Among them is the delicious Marion, daughter of the rich banker Swalzen, whose Gaston is soon to start. Edy, the lady of the latter's company, is also not insensitive to the charms of the young man, and gets him from Swalzen a help to finance his project. But on the day when Mr Radio is about to test his invention in great pomp, with two locomotives launched at once, he suddenly understands that Swalzen hides a terrible secret about the death of his father.
