Wiki.
Meet Me in the Bathroom is a 2022 documentary film. It is based upon the book of the same name by Lizzy Goodman.
The film's directors, Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern, had previously filmed performances of the band LCD Soundsystem for their 2012 documentary Shut Up and Play the Hits. In this film the scope is widened to other bands in the late 1990s and early 2000s New York music scene, including the Strokes, Interpol and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
The film touches on various topics including the effects of the September 11 attacks, the impact of peer-to-peer file sharing and gentrification on musicians, as well as band members experiencing drug addiction and misogyny.
