Plot.
A laugh a minute comedy about a man living on rent in London who gets his monthly stipend increased by lying to his uncle from his native village that he is now married and so needs additional allowance. All goes well until his uncle pays him a visit due to which he is forced to get his friends' wife to act as his wife. The visiting uncle is taken in by the charms of his nephew's so-called new wife and creates much trouble for the friend whose wife she really is. Meanwhile, a married neighbor's wife falls in love with the uncle and all hell breaks loose.

Lochya Zala Re is a 2022 Indian Marathi-language drama film directed by the duo Paritosh Painter and Ravi Adhikari based on Suresh Jairam's play 'Pati Sagle Uchapati'. The film stars Ankush Chaudhari, Siddhartha Jadhav, Vaidehi Parashurami, Sayaji Shinde, Vijay Patkar. It was theatrically released on 4 February 2022.
The entire shooting of the film has been held in London, the film was released in India in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Delhi and at the same time in US, UAE, Canada, Australia worldwide. The film received mixed reviews from critics. Lochya Zaala Re has grossed over ₹17 crore (US$2.1 million) worldwide, the seventh-highest by a Marathi film of 2022.
