Kenneth MacMillan

Kenneth MacMillan (born 16 June 1939 in London) is a British cinematographer. MacMillan completed his education at the end of the 1950s at the former London School of Printing and Graphic Arts. He then worked first in the field of advertising. From 1961 he worked at the BBC, which he left again in the mid 1980s to work as an independent cinematographer. From 1969 to 2002 he was involved in more than 30 film and long-distance productions as a cinematographer. In 2006 he retired.He was nominated for Henry V at the British Academy Film Awards in 1990. In 1983 he received a BAFTA TV Award, in 1986 and 1987 followed two other nominations for the British Academy Film Award. In 1995 MacMillan was awarded the CableACE Award.
