Elite (Spanish: Élite) is a Spanish teen drama television series, created for Netflix by Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona. The series is set in Las Encinas, a fictional elite high school and revolves around the relationships between three working-class students enrolled at the school through a scholarship program and their wealthy classmates.

"Elite" delves into concepts and themes commonly found in teen dramas but introduces more progressive issues and alternative perspectives to traditional clichés. The series incorporates a range of diverse sexual themes. Structurally, it adopts a flash-forward plot that integrates a mystery element, unfolding in two timelines within each season.

The initial season, comprising eight episodes, premiered on Netflix on October 5, 2018, garnering positive reviews from critics who often described the series as a "guilty pleasure." The writing, acting, and portrayal of mature themes were particularly praised. In October 2018, the series was officially renewed for a second season, which premiered on September 6, 2019. Subsequently, in October 2021, Netflix confirmed the renewal of the series for a sixth season, and it was released on November 18, 2022. On 25 October, Netflix confirmed the show has been renewed for a seventh season, which premiered on 20 October 2023 with original star Omar Ayuso returning. On 19 July 2023, it was announced the show would receive an eighth (later announced to be the final) season, with series veteran Mina El Hammani set to reprise her role as Nadia Shanaa.
