Plot.

Tweetie Pie marks the first pairing of the characters Sylvester and Tweety, and it won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film in 1947, breaking Tom and Jerry's streak of four consecutive wins in the category and winning Warner Bros. Cartoons their first Academy Award.
