Plot.
There was a time when big beautiful bathing hotels adorned the coast of the Sound. - From Bellevue Strandhotel in the south to Hornbæk Badehotel in the north. While the film's director, Stig Lommer, was director of the Hornbækrevyerne, he was a frequent guest at the bar in these hotels. He loved the fashionable life in this direction, and asked Arvid Müller to write a lighthearted "Summer-Pocket-Ghost" about the "deeds of the night" at a bathing hotel. The present-day Beaulieu (north of Taarbæk) and Marienlyst (in Helsingør) form the setting for chaplain Hans Herbert (Svend Asmussen) and his hunt for the summer guest, Mrs. exchanges Winter (Lily Broberg). This drives the exchanger (Kjeld Petersen) to a spontaneous suicide attempt in the middle of a mannequin show. However, he is rescued by Ms. Holgersen (Bodil Steen), who thinks it is for her sake, so she is fully blooming. - So much so that she is completely unknown to the manufacturer (Ulrik Neumann) when he arrives at the hotel.
