The main event featured a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match for the WWE Championship between reigning champion John "Bradshaw" Layfield and The Big Show. It was held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's SmackDown! brand division. The event took place on February 20, 2005, in the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The main event featured a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match for the WWE Championship between reigning champion John "Bradshaw" Layfield (JBL) and Big Show, in which JBL won via escape.
