For the South Tyrolean extreme mountaineer Tamara Lunger, freedom means pushing yourself to the limit, daring the impossible and getting to know the depths of yourself. The 31-year-old alpinist was the youngest woman to climb the 8,516 meter high Lhotse and climbed the K2 as the second woman in Italy in the history of alpinism. Nevertheless, she is also not unfamiliar with failure, a topic that should change her life. Markus Frings and Nora Ganthaler tell of the ups and downs in the extreme mountaineer's life and accompany them with their mentor Simone Moro on the winter expedition to the summit of Nanga Parbat and the 8,596-meter-high Kangchendzönga. After the two expeditions, Tamara went on board a helicopter and in tandem with the Italian paraglider Aaron Durogati in search of new goals and challenges in the Himalayas and in the Italian Alps.
