Plot.
A soon-to-be-graduating girls, in high school, find out that their homeroom teacher is terminally ill. He writes each of them inexplicit letters. While they encounter various difficulties in their senior year those letters will help them to resolves their personal issues and grow to be better persons and friends.

The song Sakura Kara in Tegami, also known as Sakura Kara in Tegami, was produced in 2011 and starred in the AKB48 group. It tells the story of several students about to graduate, when they are surprised by the news that their teacher has only three more months to live. The song "Sakura in Ki ni Narou" was released as a single in February 2011. The series was released on DVD.
