Plot.
The young and rich Patrícia, daughter of the first marriage of Ambassador André Dumont, is in love and corresponded to Luiz Carlos, poor boy, son of the maid of the family, Isolda. Who does not like to see her with the son of the maid is her stepmother, Renata Dumont, wife of André. Renata is an ambitious woman who hides her humble origin and a secret from the past, who unites her with Isolda. Career woman, married diplomat André, of traditional family, with whom she had a son, Lipe.
