The Sinterklaasjournaal is a news programme for children broadcast annually in the Netherlands from mid-November to 4 December. However, it is only about the adventures of Sinterklaas (the Dutch Nikolaus) travelling from Spain with a steamship and his helpers, the well-known Pieten.All episodes are produced by the NTR radio station and broadcast every time at 18:00 on the children's channel NPO Zappelin of NPO 3.
